Provide superior customer service to all guests and residents. Provide residents and guests with a superior level of up-keep and cleanliness of grounds, lawn, landscaping, parking areas, amenities and common area facilities. Maintain the physical appearance of the property to ensure that the property looks attractive and well-tended. Effective performance results in improved operating results for the community.

Qualifications and Education:
Communication skills are necessary. The associate must be able to perform all essential duties and responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands. The associate is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally the associate may be required to lift more than 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Driving is required for essential duties and responsibilities due to the size of some Mills’ properties. Driving may also be required to run errands and make trips to the corporate office. If driving is required a current valid driver’s license, current valid automobile insurance and a good driving record are required.
To perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job an associate will be will have frequent exposure to the outdoors in all weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
